Today’s look!
Isabel Marant is releasing a collection with H&M (there will be menswear, too!), so I decided to flip through her summer 2013 collection. One look caught my eye (see below), I looked into my closet, saw a similar shirt by Versace, and started putting together my outfit. I paired the shirt with white jeans and tan sandals. Here’s the look..

too CHIC to ignore
Last night I had my t-shirt launch party at Arthur & Daughters! What a great time hanging with friends and family, taking photos with Seth Nenstiel, eating “IMC Pocket Square” cupcakes (see picture below), and interacting with happy customers. It was fun throwing a store party for my first design collaboration with artc Creative and I’m super excited to launch the t-shirt online today! CLICK HERE (unisex and super soft). Love the shirt? Fast Five with Rachel Godwin Becker
Rachel Godwin Becker’s, Founder & CEO of Laundrea, designs caught my eye when I went to a fashion show at Immaculata University. Becker’s dresses are machine washable and claim to rid the need of dry cleaning.. SAY WHAT?! Since it is a womenswear line, I’ll have to buy a dress for my mom to make sure it really is wrinkle-free after washing/drying!
What’s happening now: Becker is busy finalizing her holiday collection and starting S/S 14. Her pieces are making rounds on various news stations, but you can see what else she is up to HERE.

Rachel Godwin Becker: Croissant and fresh fruit.
IMC: Whose shoes are you wearing?
RGB: Currently flip flops! While working in my studio I usually stay pretty comfortable!
IMC: What is your favorite guilty pleasure?
RGB: Reality TV and lots of it….sadly!
IMC: Where were you last night?
RGB: Last night I was working from home on some new sketches for Laundrea’s S/S 14 Collection!
IMC: What do you wear to bed?
RGB: No comment!

IANstagram Moments in May
Today I’m relaxing and catching up on some reading. I have been thinking what a great month May was and wanted to recap a few of the major moments! Here is what I did in May..
May 3: Hosted a trunk show for Lobo Mau Clothing at Arthur & Daughters.
May 5: Coordinated and modeled in a photo shoot for the MS Society’s “Preakness at the Piazza.”
May 11: Met Erika from Ports 1961 at the Sache Boutiques opening. Great collection!
May 13: Wore this outfit for a #PreaknessStyle segment promoting the MS Society’s “Preakness at the Piazza” on PHL17.
May 14: Wore my new hat to a store party at HOME.
May 15: Got fitted for a custom dress shirt at Indochino’s pop-up shop. Did you read my interview with Adrien Grey?
May 19: Posed in a photo shoot for my t-shirt collaboration with ARTC Creative. More info coming this Tuesday!
May 29: My four accessory musts for summer 2013 posted on Racked!
May 30: Modeled for a campaign, but can’t disclose what it was for yet!

Fast Five with CHRISHABANA
Chris Habana, owner of his eponymous jewelry brand CHRISHABANA, designs jewelry not intended for your mother (unless she likes wearing spikes and body parts). Remember that ring I instagrammed during NYFW? Well now it’s spring, which means you can get it in stores or another piece on his web store.
What’s happening now: Habana is busy having his jewelry featured in publications like V MAgazine, i-D, ELLE, Dazed and Confused, Nylon, and The New York Times to name just a few. Fashion Week is approaching so a new collection must be in the works. I like keeping up with new designs on his Instagram. Maybe you will, too.

Chris Habana: I don’t usually eat breakfast.
IMC: Whose shoes are you wearing?
CH: I wear the same shoes till they die. Seriously. I’ve been wearing these boots I got at a vintage store in East Village.
IMC: What is your favorite guilty pleasure?
CH: Not guilty about it at all.. RU PAUL’S DRAG RACE!
IMC: Where were you last night?
CH: I met friends for burgers at a nearby bar.
IMC: What do you wear to bed?
CH: T-shirt and boxers usually.
