Lauren Junge, Account Executive at Factory PR, speaks on her interests outside of working on women’s accessories accounts like Camilla Skovgaard, MCM, and Steve Madden. She loves riding horses, reading (the old fashion way – no kindle for her!), and traveling. Watch for her street style looks like HERE, HERE, and HERE (yes, those were Elle and NY Mag features).
What’s happening now: Her client, MCM, recently sponsored the launch party for The Dukes of Melrose in LA. She also just landed a placement for Steve Madden on the front of the NY Times Thursday Styles. With Fall/Winter 2013 approaching, she’s prepping for press days.
Ian Michael Crumm: What did you eat for breakfast?
Lauren Junge: Starbucks venti soy no water chai tea latte and fresh fruit from Dean & Deluca.
IMC: Whose shoes are you wearing?
LJ: Lanvin. Knee high black leather boots with a curved metal heel.
IMC: What is your favorite guilty pleasure?
LJ: Pizza! And Indiana Jones movies.. I have such a crush on young Harrison Ford.
IMC: Where were you last night?
LJ: I was at the MCM store at The Plaza for an event celebrating International Women’s Day followed by the opening of Carson Street Clothiers down on Crosby Street. We handled both events, so it was a great night out with the Factory team. I ended the night in bed watching Friends re-runs and munching on leftovers from Westville.
IMC: What do you wear to bed?
LJ: Calvin Klein underwear. Sometimes I throw on an old sorority tee.
